Shipping and returns

Product Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided during checkout, no later than the date indicated in the order confirmation email. Please ensure that this address is correct. Apoticari delivers within the European Union, subject to the products complying with local import regulations. Delivery is handled by various partner carriers, and delivery times begin from the order confirmation date. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. In case of delay, we will notify you by email. If the delay is not due to force majeure, the customer may cancel the order after sending a formal notice. If the new delivery deadline is not met, the order may be cancelled, and the customer will be refunded within fourteen (14) days of receiving the cancellation request.

If you are not home when the delivery is attempted, a delivery notice will be left. If the package is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to Apoticari, and you can choose between reshipment at your expense or a refund, excluding delivery charges.

Product Reception

Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the package. If the package is damaged (damaged or open packaging), they can:

  • Refuse the package, informing the carrier, who will return it to Apoticari.
  • Accept the package, immediately notifying the carrier and customer service of any damage within three (3) days.

For any damaged, missing, or incorrect product, a claim with supporting evidence must be filed with customer service within three (3) days. In the case of errors or damaged products, returns must be sent via Colissimo to the following address: Apoticari – Returns – 12 rue Traversière des Mourgues - 43000 Le Puy-en-Velay, France. Apoticari will cover the return shipping costs in this case. Failure to comply with these procedures will preclude any recourse and refund.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has fourteen (14) days from the day after delivery to return the products without penalty, provided they notify Apoticari of their decision. Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and unopened. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure secure return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error by Apoticari.

Refund

If the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are met, Apoticari will refund the cost of the products and delivery charges within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned products. The right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed products whose resale could pose a risk for hygiene or health protection reasons.
