Le Puy-en-Velay,
where we began.
It all began in Le Puy-en-Velay. In this town in Auvergne, the Hôtel-Dieu apothecary preserves a history of care rooted in plants, preparations and the welcome offered to pilgrims on the way to Santiago de Compostela.
This place inspired Apoticari. Drawers of plants, amber glass, precise gestures: a heritage we approach with a contemporary eye.
