8. Delivery

Delivery costs are fixed, and the customer is responsible for providing accurate address information. Any returned undelivered package will result in reshipment at the customer's expense.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. Returned products must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be issued within 14 days of Apoticari's receipt of the returned products.

Apoticari products are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
