Distilled locally in Auvergne, lemon verbena produces a mist with fresh and invigorating notes, recognized in herbal medicine for its toning properties.

Hand-picked by a farmer-herbalist on small plots in Auvergne, lemon verbena follows the rhythm of the seasons and is harvested when its leaves are most aromatic. The fresh plants are then distilled in a traditional copper still, at low pressure and with steam. This respectful process yields a pure herbal-quality hydrolat, at a 1/1 ratio: one kilogram of fresh plant for one liter of hydrolat.
