Distilled locally in Auvergne, peppermint provides a mist with fresh and stimulating notes, recognized in herbal medicine for its purifying and toning properties.

Hand-harvested by a farmer-herbalist on small plots in Haute-Loire, the mint follows the rhythm of the seasons and is harvested when its leaves concentrate the most essential oil. The fresh plants are then distilled in a traditional copper still, at low pressure and with steam. This respectful process yields a pure hydrolat of herbalist quality, at a ratio of 1/1: one kilogram of fresh plant for one liter of hydrolat.

It is obtained through traditional steam distillation in a copper still, using fresh medicinal plants grown in Auvergne. This artisanal process preserves all the aromatic richness and properties of the plant.
